Pretty sweet... I had a 1960 bug in high school and a 68. When I turned 19, I drove the 68 from the Bay Area to Ft. Worth TX. Had 2 buses after that! A 69 and a 71. I'm still waiting on my fms fj so I can try this bug body. All the luck, it's coming from Tallahassee! Maybe...

Very cool! I've had so many bugs I can't count, from Cal look to Baja's, once had a Ghia and a 62 panel bus. I currently have a Baja and 78 bus which I'm still gathering parts for. Hopefully you'll get that FMS soon, thanks for watching bro I appreciate the support!

It turned out awesome. Got me thinking, so I ordered an fms fj 1/18 scale.89 bucks! I found a hardbody vw rally bug I'm hoping will fit. Going small! Maybe lol 😅

You still running this I have one in my arsenal of upgrades yet to be used. 2 fusions oh 3 fusions have a 1/18 I’m Pumped to try This trans HH brushless Skids Shocks And that’s all I can remember lol! Was wondering do you have a UTB18?

And it will continue to get brighter rust over time I spray some activation stuff in a lid and use a brush because I started making the activator really dirty dipping in the bottle lol

Hi Zach, so the Mashigan isn't mine but it belongs to @michaelsinchak8529 I know he's done wheels and Super Swamper tires, winch, and custom steel roll cage, I'm not sure all that he's done under the body though. Try asking him directly I know he's also on Facebook

Thanks Brent! When it rains here it's only for about fifteen minutes and then the ground soaks it right up which is why there were no puddles on the course! If it ever gets to be a big storm where the course is flooded out I would like to get back out there again! Too bad it hasn't rained there, if everything dies what's Mr. Bunny going to eat? Lol!

Ive never been a fancy wheel guy. I have similar wheels on 4 of my trucks! Lol. The Treal brand and color are a killer combo!

Yeah I never could understand plunking over $100 in wheels and then another $100 on tires and foams when the off brands do just as good for half the price! These were my first set of Treals and I'll probably look and buying them again! Thanks for checking out the video, running video to come soon!

Thanks Mark! I always liked the vintage look of the slotted steel rims and these ones in copper were a great choice, not too bad for the price! I didn't see a need to get a super expensive light kit as well, my philosophy is that the rock lights are more important than the outward shining lights on a crawler anyways! WOW WOW WOW!!!! It came AWESOME. Now I am more excited to get my project going. The bumpers were an easy find, the rock sliders took me a little bit to find them, but I did. The body should be here next week sometime. What I did with the stock wheels is swap in the SSD black brass hubs. Added some weight but tightened up the wheels on the hex'es. 👍👍👍

Looks sharp. I liked that you sprayed the roof and the hood on both sides rather than just on the outside. The matte looks good and if you scratch it, it will show black. I did something very similar with my Phoenix too.

I think it’s probably the best kit I’ve built yet ( built the SCX10ii, RC4WD TF2 and Redcat Gen8 before this one) it just crawls so good, if you plan to save up for a good kit I highly recommend the Vanquish! @CactusCrawlersRC I just got gen8 portal conversion for my gen7, the first crawler I got. It's my suburban, and it's terrible. My first real mod other than paint! Got the gen8 shocks, too. Too many projects at once!
