Cone Health Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro NC .... and the Dr in charge of watching over my father , and a Medicine we begged them to take my dad off of caused the Death of my Father on 01/09/2018.....No big Deal to them it didn't seem, my dad was 75 , but had a lot of life left, My Fathers family Life span is usually around 80-90 years.. a few more than that.... Patient protection has contacted me, and unless they cover it up , they will find there was neglect, there was Medical Malpractice, they never checked my Dads sugar until he was coding, He was a diabetic, and hadn't eaten anything in more than 4 days. His nurse knew this ....I begged her to have the Dr take him off the new Medicine they started him on Amiodarone, I watched my Father along with my wife and sister go into cardiac arrest, they say it was a blood clot they went to his heart, lung, or brain, most likely the brain and blocked the electrical currents that work the heart, there is 2 things wrong here..1 There was no blood clots, they checked 2 days in a row for them, 2, Amiodarone blocks the electric currents to make your heart beat in rhythm. They should have stopped this medication immediately after doing a procedure to shock his heart back into rhythm. So now... my Father is gone, Me my sister and wife have suffered life long PTSD, and was forced to have to cremate my Father against his wishes, due to the neglect of his Drs and Nurse. Atorney Nash and myself think we have a pretty good case, Money may not bring my Father back, but I bet it will make them think twice before letting this happen to another family. I feel they should pay for my Fathers funeral, and get all Veteran benefits due him, and pay for his ashes to be placed at Lakeview Cemetery where he wanted to be placed with our entire family. That would be a great start. In showing you really care. Then we can talk about Myself, My wife, and My Sister.....My father and ourselves was treated horribly mainly by one certain nurse, that failed to document anything, failed to check on him properly, and the lack of communication if any at all between Her and His Drs, the Drs was asking us questions , instead of us asking the questions from the nurses phone. My Father passed away on the same day 2 Drs came in and said he was going home......then the next day in his mail was a referral to a Vein specialist...on March 18th....Unfortunately he will not be able to attend that appointment.
