@@nicolasmendoza9295 There is a path on both sides of the building where you can walk your dog... But if you are looking for an enclosed area where they can run unrestricted- then you would have to go to a proper dog park. The building itself doesn't have a designated pet park/area

I haven't heard about this but in any case- this would only add value to the neighborhood- so it wouldn't deter me personally as a buyer... The neighborhood is one of the best and only increasing in value!

I agree with you 100%! As the neighborhood grows and prices increase, I bet we will see more options for dining and nightlife coming soon!

This is unfortunate- what i would suggest in this situation - is just keep your communication with your landlord matter of fact in text or email (preferably email). When you pay your rent, also send an email to him with a screenshot of the payment and just write a message like " Confirming the January 2022 rent- screenshot attached". This way, rather than his recommendation- you will have your own record of communication and paying on time. If he's already a jerk, let's not expect him to change... Just work around him ; )

It's hard to judge it just from the video- there is sort a minimalist vibe at the building that some people like- but it's not as warm and inviting as some others. Have you seen any of the units at the Fendi building in Surfside? That building is amazing 😍

It all depends.... If it is a "rental Community" then yes, they are going to pull your credit and that may not be a good thing. So in that case, you want to already inquire with them and see if they have a minimum score requirement- before even filling out the application. If they have a 600 minimum- then you know it's not even worth trying. NOW.... if it's a private landlord, they will generally want "you" to provide them with a copy of your credit report/score- which can you can do without it affecting your score from a hard inquiry. In this case, be upfront with the landlord/agent and try and sell them more on your stability of employment or something else positive. Orlando, just like South Florida is VERY competitive right now with rentals- so you have to just stay persistent!
