Refunded it for now.. Gonna wait for a few more updates I think. It seems pretty cool, but the AI is really overpowered. Also there doesn't really seem to be much storage? Loot only really lays around on the ground.

Here's my take on what happened: They set out to make a cash grab game, and basically threw all the trending buzz words into a pot, and made a fake trailer with Unreal engine to sell it. But because they bumbled into a market people had been crying out for years for, they got WAY more attention than expected. But they where stupid and kept up the scam instead of bailing, because it would be impossible to deliver what they promises, even with an infinite budget, and kept up the lie to milk money from investors, and then it all blew up when they HAD to release a product, that they probably shoveled together in a few months. Of course I'm more interested on how people kept believing in it despite all the red flags and them basically avoiding any real questions or request to show gameplay, and also how they managed to get so much in investments, especially from companies like NVIDIA?

DONT BOTHER PLAYING THIS OR BUYING, if u wanna play a good game play rust/dayz/tarkov/arena infinite whatever just dont play this aliexpress piece of garbage of a game made with poop duct tape sticks and spit LMAO this game is piece of sh not the best survival game devs should honestly delete it and run it back again, ugly graphics on low settings trash optimization overly large map 90% of times u walk worst ever hitreg made in a shooter game in the history of human kind LITERALLY, everything feels clunky one action cancels the other movement is trash game economy is trash

Why not just have offline base raiding as a server option, same way they do now with safe zones, some servers have them, some don't, its up to the admin renting the server. A lot of people like the idea that bases are not impervious to fire and explosives unless you get a lame token. It's silly. Leave it up to the admin, this way everyone gets what they want.

I mean. It’s more casual which is a good thing to get people more into the genre or just scale back sometimes and have a chill exploring shooter game. I have a 1,000 hours on DayZ and 300 hours on Deadside. Their both good for where they are standing. Personally my opinion.

The survival building aspect of the game is getting developped and it is good. I hope they will bring more building elements and electronics for the base in the future. Also, I hope we will be able to host a server on our own machine soon.

Raid tokens were one of the main things I thought was good about this game. I do know that people were abusing it somehow making bases unraidable. Which would have to fixed but being able to be raided all the time I don’t think was a great idea for Deadside

Escape from Tarkov? Nah, it's just Dayz with some Rust mechanics. Deadside is legit just modded Dayz but made into an game.

Tip: Always drop all ur stuff and just all equip the enemy’s gear. Also try to be more sneaky. U did a good job on ambushing that player on the airdrop but u were wifi g so hard that u could have failed. Try to stand still lol 😂
