Hi Emily. I'm thinking of moving to Norwich, which areas are best if you dont mind me asking?

I had an oura ring in October but returned it. It’s much more about wellness which if great if that’s your priority. For me, it didn’t offer enough insight into actual fitness. Eg doesn’t count steps, doesn’t track gym workouts and I found myself having to manually log/ adjust my workouts on the app. It’s sleep tracking was excellent but you had to rely on looking at the app often to really get the benefits to improve your fitness (unlike quickly glancing a watch). I tried it for 30 days and returned it, glad to have experienced it but I’ve got back to my trusty garmin for actual fitness stats!

They are called boomers because they are apart of the “baby boom” that happened after ww11. when soldiers came home from war there was a lot of babies made and that generation of babies is called boomers 😊
