One customer service agent assured me that the issue would be resolved within 15-20 minutes. However, when I checked five hours later, the problem persisted. Repeated Attempts and Empty Promises I called customer support again and had to explain the entire situation from scratch. This time, I was advised to update my device, but the issue remained unresolved. Another representative attempted to assist me, but I felt more scammed than helped. When I suggested that the SIM card might be defective, I was assured that purchasing a new one would definitely resolve the issue.
