My comment is on food. That which nourishes the body and soul it must first and foremost lawful then it must be nutritional for the whole body not forgetting the brain. The food we are eating now isn't the same as then. Most people eat for taste eat little but pack with nutritional value make your food your medicine

Salam alaikum. The shirt of our prophet that is resting in Turkey was to be repaired so the authority called in the expertise of the 5 most knowledge men on textiles to examine the shirt on how to repair it on examination of the shirt all 5 declared "this shirt was not made by human hands so therefore we cannot touch it" this was narrated to me by a well-known brother who is a photographer.
