This flag pole telescopes down (drops) in the slightest breeze (5-10mph) I have called customer no service multiple times, been sent and replaced (my own labor uncompensated) the spring buttons. My customer number is 73.890050 if you need verification that I actually own this piece of garbage. It sounds great and if it functioned correctly it would be great. No options to return product for refund even when requested and after they said "maybe the tubes are faulty, we will send you new ones and you only have to pay shipping", I was done! They want me to pay shipping and use my labor to replace/correct their faulty product that literally falls "when the wind blows." DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID!!!!

I've talked to Sunsetter twice and either they don't make them anymore or the people I spoke with weren't aware that they still made them.

Nice pole but the pop out buttons that hold the sections up fail from moving during windy conditions. I've replaced the buttons with stainless screws but it's a pain when I have to lower and raise it. Looking for a replacement.

UnCommonUSA.com Got mine about 15 years ago. Just need a plastic sleeve replaced. Strong and sturdy. They are pricing around $300 but it's commercial grade. Good luck

No. But they only take a few minutes to install/remove.

On the bottom brackets are there a specific height they need to be at. I'm mounting the top rail around 7ft 8 inches. I have to mount a board first due to side overhang on the deck so I'll be adding mounting brackets their to screw them yo

If you move into a home with a flagpole and they don't give you the anti theft locking mech. how do I lower the flagpole?
