Professor when we calculate Pubchem or any other fingerprints using PadelPy they have exact duplicate rows even though the canonical smiles and chemlid are unique in .smi file passed to padelpy. How to resolve this? Is it ok to feed the duplicate rows of fingerprints to machine learning models?
