If we mistakenly fill the Passport number, at aps portal. but you have paid fee , what we can do in that matter? how to correct it in portal, can we still send them the documents thru courier Pls assist

Yes You have to send every document via courier. For any kind of mistake you can mail them that in a column you have done a mistake and the document which you are sending that would be the correct one.

Shouldn't it be mentioned that it is undefined behavior according to C standard if you use if for stdin. Also, it's not portable and compiler specific. Visual studio code allows this.

Yes, fflush(stdin) is undefined behavior. fflush is meant to be called on an output stream (i.e. fflush(stdout))
