I know what you mean about the white walls started to come in on you. I was in isolation in a covid unit a couple years ago. The only people who you saw were nurses with "astronaut" suits with air tanks on their backs. You couldn't see their faces at all. I kept thinking having covid was bad enough but the depression from being alone almost killed me. Thank God for skype.
