You think your life's so grand You don't believe a word you say Your feet aren't on the ground You let your life just slip away Just so uncertain of your body and your soul The promises you make your mind go blank And then you lose control, then you lose control! I never was the one, the one to say the things you say Never seem to wonder what you say You think you've got your life completely in control You've got a lot to learn, the bridge you burned It's gonna take its toll! Pay the burnt bridge toll! So practice what you preach! Practice what you preach! Preach! Practice what you preach! Practice what you preach! Preach! Practice what you preach! You think your life's so grand You don't believe a word you say Your feet aren't on the ground You let your life just slip away Just so uncertain of your body and your soul The promises you make your mind goes blank And then you lose control Pay the burnt bridge toll, then you lose control Pay the burnt bridge toll, so practice what you preach! So practice what you preach! Preach! Practice what you preach! Practice what you preach! Preach!

yeah the instrumental is definitely re-recorded, pretty obvious if you've heard the album version, but yeah not sure if the vocals are.

Please stop your knocking on history\'s head I think you\'re locking me up Windows around you There\'s no way in Slammed in the coffin we walk Don\'t you hurry in With all your worrying The same thing I\'ll begin Without you is the end to me Can\'t you see me Miss temporary We\'ll bury all your love In bags of hurry up Tossing and turning in history\'s bed Don\'t think your waking me up Good luck inside you with doubt in hand I\'ve seen this often enough Case your wondering I caught you worrying The same thing I\'ll begin Without you hurrying to me Can\'t you see me Miss temporary We\'ll bury all your love In bags of hurry up We\'ll soon begin you watch As the strangers that we are Don\'t you worry We\'ll dust our story We\'re moving into the dark With hands inside out You\'ll turn around and you watch I\'m gone... These lights will be on you, wait These lights will be on you, wait These lights will be on you, wait These lights will be on you, wait",

Weird to call this a radio edit - it's a completely rerecorded version produced by Michael Beinhorn to be 'the single'. Feels like a square peg to me, way too "Warped Tour" and the sonics don't come close to Terry Date's production on the LP.

Saw them support FNM in May 1993 and they blew everyone away - absolutely unreal. Followed them everywhere after that including seeing them play inside UTOPIA reocrds Druitt St Sydney (still have the signed album)
