The description of the lavender tea genuinely made me laugh. I know I joked about 48 degrees not being cold but if out in it enough without like a hat, it can definitely mess with your sinuses and I always get Super tired first before really feeling anything else and know I have fucked up.

My husband and I watch animated movies all the time too, I'll be sure to check out the ones you recommended. It's weird that your advent has so many green teas! And I'm surprised to not see any rooibos or herbals so far. I'm actually sipping a pear tea right now ha ha, it's Heirloom Bartlett Pear from Harney & Sons, highly recommend if you like pear.

DBZ is a classic ha ha! I thought Super was very good as well. If I had to choose a favorite character, it would be Piccolo. 😁

Ishiguro would be British Japanese. We read Remains of The Day in 20th Century British Lit and I remember enjoying it a lot. I have not had the chance to read any of this other books, though.

The idea of having a second doc with a rough outline is very good. You might benefit from being more of a "plotter" versus just pantsing on the fly. What works for me is usually I will do that super rough outline. I don't worry about prose at all. I will write everything that comes to me. Finding where I think chapters will cut off. Flesh out the chapters but still rough. Then and only then after I have that done, I will start writing chapter by chapter using the outline as a base. Doing that rough outline/spew let's me get ideas out without having to worry about the harder stuff and getting stuck. It's also easier to work out plot holes if you're only reorganizing a rough sketch versus your entirely written chapter. This is just my way of doing it, though, obviously everyone has their own way they have to figure out. For tiny plot details my advice would be to not worry about it too much. If you have the story filled out enough in your mind and you know where you are trying to go with it, just keep writing to get yourself to that point. Then when you edit the whole thing you will find those inconsistencies. Also I feel like the more you write the better you will get at keeping things straight. At least that's how it has felt for me. Again, everyone being different. I guess another tactic would be to have a story "bible" where you describe everyone. Unfortunately I haven't written anything original for even longer than I haven't written in general because my last projects were all fanfics lol. So definitely take my ideas for a grain of salt. Also that hoodie really is cute.

Wow thanks for the advice! I for sure just need to keep writing and not focus too much on fixing something that can be worked on during the editing phase. I think what I'll do is hit down any major ideas or points as I go. Google docs has a highlight comment feature I'll use as well. Oh what fanfics have you written? Thanks I snagged it at Walmart at 75% I live in it lol.

@@graymagnolias Hnnnngh, I'm not really good with talking publicly about writing, honestly my commenting here has been wild. If you'd like I could message you on instagram instead. I technically have one though I have never used it in my life. I just feel oddly compelled.
