Yes, that works, too. Elmers white glue works as well and is way cheaper than liquid latex. In this case, I used painters tape as I didn't want to spread glue or liquid latex over wood.

One of the prettiest blooms I’ve seen. I love that you cut in LOTS of petals. I think it makes for a more realistic looking flower. Really gorgeous!

Hi. I'm new here. I love your work. Can you tell me what the purpose is for putting glue on and peeling off after it dries please?

Thank you, and welcome! Elmers glue spread on the underside of your project helps you with peeling away the resin drips when top coating, etc. Some people use latex, but the glue works just as well and is way cheaper! Make sure to spread a good amount of glue and let it dry fully. I also use my heat gun sometimes to warm up the dried glue to get the peeling process started.

Any kind of sealant. Just make sure to give it a few coats to make sure it's fully coated.
