A complete failure app. The previous MytToyota app could send routes to the car, but this new app doesn't even recognize the car's VIN code, so it doesn't do anything at all!

If the windshield defrosting was switched on the last time I used the car would it also resume when using the remote climate option or it just remembers the temperature and starts the fans for the heating?

Will my Toyota Yaris Hybrid, 2023 reg be OK when I leave it at the airport for 2 wks. I see a lot of people complaining that the battery goes dead if you don't use it enough and do longer journeys. What a rip off, so loads of people who only do a few thousand miles a year may well have a lot of problems, battery dead and won't start plus they may well need to get a new battery. Why don't the Toyota dealers tell people the truth that these hybrid powered cars are only really suited to people who do higher mileages. I saw Toyota UK response, get a battery charger or do longer journeys. What a kop out, we should get a full refund for false selling

Most of those driving tips should be a big part of driving an ICE vehicle anyway. Looking ahead, anticipation of road and other drivers, steady acceleration, early slowing down, etc should be “normal” for all drivers irrespective of type of vehicle.
