It's real but not easy. I have lucid dreams but still can't control anything other than just being aware that I'm awake in a dream. I have felt that electrical feeling once while dreaming. Every night I tell myself that whoever I speak to in my dream is my higher self. I haven't been able to do that. So I'll try these suggestions.

I have asked for advice from the heavens just tonight about a prophetic vision that has weighed for 53yrs on my heart and have only been able to share it a few times but it came to the surface again recently. You say fear stops these soul energies but I think they came to my rescue. My experience happened when I was photographing the huge ferry turning in the river in Tasmania as it was about to sail to Melbourne overnight. I was standing beside the rail line and had taken 3 shots and then heard a train coming took the last shot and quickly jumped back into our car. Having a look at these photos on the pc, I noticed the last one had hundreds of orbs whilst not one was evident in the other shots. As a wee girl, my father held my hand whilst he grabbed the mail from the guard on the KA steam train that slowed down slightly thru the station. I have ever since been very respectful of trains since the traumatic experience of these monsters was only half a meter from me. The orbs responded to the feeling within me in that 4th photo.
