Yei was left to raise his brother. He also had more time with his dad. I totally understand his resentment. He was given so much responsibility at a young age because his dad, who he loved, couldn’t handle it.

To be honest, I feel like there was a change in the writing style for this episode. In other words a different writer than who has been writing from the beginning. The dialogue for this episode is a lot more mature... we didn't have the teasing and push and pull that has been going on for a while with Wandee and YorYak that has been annoying quite a few people. So now we have to wait to hear Dr. Dee say the words I love you to YorYak, which probably won't happen until the last episode. Glad that they gave us the back stories. AlllI found Wandee eating food that he said he didn't eat in the beginning, just to make YorYak eat and cheer up.

As usual, I'm quite taken with Fourth's acting. Whether the narrative requires effective comedic delivery or touching poignant moments, Fourth's acting is nuanced and astounding. Did anyone else notice how Atom's hand brushed Kongthap's butt cheek as he helped him walk towards the gathering of fireflies? #ijs 😛

I think both Yak and Yei were hurt by the abandonment but although hurt, Yak want to move on while Yei is someone that hold grudge more hence the resentment. It's just the difference in personality I guess. Especially when they both didn't know why their dad leave in the first place.

Javi I've been trying to remember where I heard the song before it was a BL just can't remember. Lol This episode had me in my feelings the whole time it was just beautiful and having them hash out everything and work through it great. Now I think we understand a little more why Wandee is so hesitant to give his heart, yes we know he was in love with Ter but he didn't admit it until 8 years after the fact so now I get why he has the push and pull with Yak but I think he now realizes what he has with Yak after seeing the video of his parents.

I loved as well that this episode was family focused. The relationship stuff are cute and all, but I love when series give time to show how are these characters outside of that relationship and show more their dynamic with their family members and how that affects them and their decisions in general. It gives more depth to them.. 😊 Though, I hope for Wandee's trauma to be addressed again and not be brushed off that quickly.. 😌

Honestly its such a crime that this Show didnt give Chain and Pun a proper screen time let alone storyline. It dragged every other couple instead of giving them more story. nah this ep deserves some complaining lmao it's honestly a little annoying/frustrating atp they are really dragging this on unnecessarily and blowing issues out of proportion but like even worse than usual because they had more space to fill than they apparently knew what to do with at the time. i'm all for some fluff but like they had so much time they could have made this show way more interesting and explored the characters backstories and given more context for the way the characters are acting especially peem. anyways idk what the writers and director were trying to do with this one. it's like they are saying a lot of words but not making full sentences. if they were going to do this they should have made it 12-13 eps. i guess we'll see what they do with the last few but i'm not holding my breath lol. i know a lot of people will say "well that's just how these shows are don't try to understand" but actually i have some standards and always hope for more because i think it's possible. i still enjoyed it in general tho i like the characters enough to see it through to the end. anyways this reaction made me laugh so many times thank you. the "what is this harry potter ass music" made me laugh so hard 🤣

i can see what this story was trying to go for with this conflict but wow did it need an editor. too much of these fears and insecurities touch on soul-deep traumas that come from simply existing and being queer in a not-queer world, not to mention being so introverted and socially behind your peers. and when the narrative tries to use all this as conflict fodder without giving it the weight that sort of thing deserves, it utterly fails its protagonists and its audience. it leaves everyone looking bad (sun for outing aylin and ongsa and then flying off the handle when we can relate too hard to ongsa's closeted fears; ongsa's parents for scolding ongsa instead of apologising for creating a space she felt so terrified and closeted her whole life, etc). i've certainly been enjoying this show a lot through your reactions (recently found your channel and am BINGING omg), and i love love love some of the scenes and most of the early episodes, but oof this script and conflict arc needed more work.

So many cute moments between the pairings today. Chain hugging Pun was adorable, Peem really was in his tender mode in this ep and it was cute to see. Q and Toey are so freaking adorable and of course Tan and Fang are just lovely 😍

Phum and Peen are definitely my favorite. I loved how intimate all their scenes were, it wa slike they were falling in love behind the story because no one really knew that they were like that with each other only had ideas. They just feel quiet and intimate and private to me, like they really are each others safe zones. It strikes a cord for me because thats how i prefer my relatioships. Not that Tan and Fang loud showy relationship isn't great or Q and Toeys mix of teasing and sweet but its all personal preference! I'm so glad they show cased so many ways a couple can be happy together.
