Soffit & fascia work, the back (red) wall needs to be stripped and repainted, the chimneys and the roof need to be fixed, and the gutters & downspouts need attention. While they are at it they are going to repaint everything as well (except, obviously, the render). None of the issues were catastrophic, but they all needed to be dealt with. The scaffolding is expensive so we figured we'd do it all in one go.

Wow Dan, it's beautiful, but boy you've taken on some work. Hopefully Matt and I can schedule in a visit at some point but so many other things to plan too. However I am not going to "do a Bridget" and help with gardening. Inside the house I'm more than happy to help, but me and gardening don't get along, lol. Well done Bridget and Sarah, you did a great job. I'm so excited for you, I just wish we were closer to you.

32 steps usually. The truck is for back-up since there was so much pressure on that upstream cable. We removed the downstream cable when we took the overhead coverage from the slip a few years back as usually now we only need the metal holders on the pylons to keep the dock in place with normal water fluctuations. We added the wench along the stairway as another back-up for the flood. Thanks for capturing this!

Man Donovan was 3 away from 60 that’s incredible. I don’t think I ever seen a player get either 60 international goals or a few short ever. Congrats to him. I especially enjoyed his 44th goal on his career when he scored against Algeria

With those two angles and the lengths, the other angles aren't necessary. I think when I made this I just found the point at the top (measuring 36" at a 113 deg angle). Then I made two arcs with a 52.5" string. One was centered on the top point and the other on the lower left. Where these arcs intersect is the point to which you are drawing your last two lines. Sorry if that's confusing.

Ok so I’m from Wrexham so I will give you the low down. The points you make are correct but in the wrong order, the biggest point you make towards the end about us being Welsh which was a big draw. However the biggest one you didn’t mention is catchment area, if you put a pin where football clubs are based in the uk you will see many in a small proximity whereas Wrexham represents ALL of North Wales and is the only Welsh team in the English football pyramid. We have huge potential for fan base growth where people can come from mid wales and all of north wales to Wrexham matches. Look at this Geographically, it’s important

Thanks for the comment. I suspect you're right about the catchment area (McElhenney) has said as much in interviews. I do wonder if folks in Caernarfon, for instance will really jump on board with supporting the club. I've got a friend from Dolgellau (or just outside that area) that is a huge Man U supporter. I'd be interested in hearing whether he would switch to Wrecsam.
