I was escorting a just arrived Italian wife of a colleague through a Thai market (maybe this one) when I decided to buy something myself. I saw these really cheap "Lacoste" polo shirts; they looked like very convincing fakes. Not fakes, real thing. I had them for years.

Yeah there are tonnes of markets in Thailand, all selling pretty similar stuff. I'd go out on a limb and say all of the branded clothing in outdoor markets is fake, but they have a line of 'masterworks' which are fake items that are pretty damn close to the real thing - if you ask to see them. Still, for many items there's no difference in durability.

'There is a free luggage store at Ba Na Hills. The storage facility has no size limit and is located to the right of the ticket booth. You are provided with a numbered ticket linking you to your luggage which is privately stored under camera surveillance at the ticket office. The luggage storage desk is open from 8.a.m. to 9.p.m.'

There are many Burmese workers in that area who like to play "dinsopong". There are not many Thai people who like to play as well. But around here it's probably more popular because Burmese people still like playing with this dough.

@@user-kb5oe8qf9g I'm sorry for your friend. I understand a few years ago there were some very powerful guns, which have now been banned. These were the guns responsible for many facial injuries. There are many hundreds dead because of road traffic accidents attributable to Songkran. Many were driving drunk. Perhaps this is a bigger issue to focus on.

Okay, I didn't want to leave this comment, but feel I ought to given the waves of ridiculous comments coming in. There are so many comments about water in the face. It is just water guys. The clay in the eyes is much more dangerous yet it is hardly mentioned by anyone. Either way, I got plenty of water in my face and eyes, as well as clay from other people. Of course I have edited the video to show me shooting people. But believe me I was getting water in my face much more than I was giving it. Does that make it okay? Yes. Yes it does. Because we were all having FUN. I didn't see one single person who was angry or sad at the festival. Furthermore, and something I find astonishing, is that there are so many people upset with water in the face, yet that is the LEAST dangerous thing about this festival. There are people crowded into the back of wet pick up trucks that are moving, there are hordes of people smearing clay into the faces of scooter riders, scooter riders are trying to drive down this chaotic road whilst getting water dumped on them, there are many, many, many people drunk and driving, there are vehicles sharing roads with pedestrians and all you want to talk about is water in the face? If your concern is safety then there are obviously bigger issues than water in the face at this festival, and much bigger issues in Thailand in general - let's talk about people's apparent lack of awareness of traffic laws? At the end of the day the festival was GREAT FUN. Everyone I saw and met had so much fun. With the way Thailand likes to have festivals there are always risks associated with the fun, but that's just how it is here - my Bun Bang Fai video was probably vastly more dangerous than this, yet I didn't get a single comment about safety.

@@jaewjakaew8252 I have no issue with the clay. The powder is formed from clay minerals by the way. The point I'm making is that people are upset about water in the face, but that is the least dangerous part of the festival. So their apparent concern for safety seems very insincere.

Sunny I don't know, that will differ depending on weather but temperature will be fairly cool around 18-25C probably. Will also feel a lot fresher than the humid air down below.

Same taxi driver will bring you back. Just get his number and send him a text when you're at the top of the cable car on your way down. They'll usually suggest this to you when they drop you off as they want the business.

Researching Da-Nang for a trip. This is the third video I’ve watched and again it is foggy/misty. Is there a better time to visit when its actually sunny? 😅

I went in April. May and July have the highest number of sunshine hours on average - so those two months are you best bet. Other than that just check the weather report while you're there. I personally really enjoyed the clouds, it was much more atmospheric. Plus you get to see the view as you ascend in the cable car, before you enter the clouds.
