Saw this today at Central Coast Film Festival, what an amazing short! one of my top favorites. Amazing Work!!

I was so lucky to meet the composer Ros Gilman in a sorbet cue in Annecy animation festival, which lead to me mixing the score for this wonderful short film. Well done Ros and the awards you've won!

ough this is gorgeous!! the scene where the camera circles the flute player was so smooth?? and when they were able to make the little creature a friend, I fully gasped, it was so sweet!!! what a lovely animation!!!

Is this a play/reimagined version of the black dog metaphor for depression? or is it the putting off of dealing with trauma for example a loved one (eg a dog?) or is it both/ open to interpretation depending on what you bring to it?

hello, I've been looking for a specific short 2D animation and I was hoping you could help me find it, thanks the plot is like this a blue monster in bathroom, looking at mirror that suddenly see himself as human and it was so scary for him. he is a monster working at a office as employee like many other monsters, but recently in all reflection like monitor of coffee mug suddenly see himself as human. once one of his co-workers drop on ground and her mask drop from her head and reveal tha she is actually a human girl, before other monster attack her, he eventually take of his mask as well and reveal that he is a human too and then they decide to get out of there

I loved it!!! It's so nice to be the first haha, it was really good, the color palette was gorgeous and... I felt called out 🤣🤣 like hey! That's what I do! I keep bad things Locked away instead of face them but little by little they come out.
