I tried this with my Xpress C460w but unfortunately when I try to clear the count for the imaging unit I get the notification ''Not available Try again later''. The imaging unit was the one that stopped my print of multiple hundreds of pages that were supposed to be printed on both sides before it finished and the last pages that were printed looked fine. I really don't want to replace it unless I absolutely need to.

I bought two of these about 6 years ago. One of them has just packed up😢. Its been a brilliant buy. I cant find the fault... So i will just keep it for spares! Its such a pity I cannot find replacement PCBs for it.

Contrary to some other very unproductive comments here, I like the music and think it fits very well :D It's a neat, incisive, little video showing how to bypass the wall samsung/hp made for normal users to prevent them resetting the device... 👍😆 I don't think that it needs any voice and would like to encourage you to make more of these :D My printer won't recognize the yellow card ridge anymore (used to work before). Sadly resetting the memory didn't work, but it was a good try I guess. Do you maybe have another advice? The black card ridge is from the same manufacturer and works well. Contacts got cleared already. Suspiciously on forums I came across many individuals having the same error only for the yellow card ridge...

Thanx for that great video! unfortunately it says "try again later" when I try to "clear count" of the fuser. Any ideas to help?

It seems not fake. Quality electronics inside, that's what I could see. Most possibly OEM QC reject for small issues. Someone might have collected them and encased with the labels of appropriate brands.

It is actually a genuine power supply. Nice filtering on the input side: noise suppressing coils, x capacitor with safety markings, fuse with safety markings. Electrolytic capacitors are from United Chemicon which is a well regarded brand from Japan (up there with Rubycon, Nichicon, Panasonic, Elna, etc.). Transformer looks solid. There is also inrush current limiter as far as I can see. So it's either genuine or genuine parts repurposed, placed in a case and labelled.

I've tried this loads of times on my C480W but it resets to Install toner. I know toner is OK. What now

Thank you! Saved me a boatload of $$. C460FW sequence is definitely menu, #, 1, 9, 3, 4 (really quick, within 1 sec - had to try a few times and speedier if you use both hands) Then press menu again. Then go to: Tech menu / Data setup / Clear Counts (code is 1934 +OK)

I got a Samsung Xpress C480W and this amazing trick did work on that bad boy too in 2021! (I did replace the fuser and the transferbelt but the warning message did not go away, untill now ;) ) Thanx alot! (after the reset i did have to restart it for it to work)

Dear Samsung, I thought your printer told me I had no toner left and stopped it from printing at an important time! Turns out there is loads of toner left enough for hundreds for prints!
