Everyone at BTTC and the fitz is absolutely amazing the welcome back they gave bly and will last Wednesday was unbelievable and no less than they deserved I go to the FITZHERBErt to guzzle team and stuff my face on a regular basis but have always been reluctant to take up sport as I once suffered a bad sports related injury - reaching for the TV remote to press the mute button when lineker came on but I intend to be less of a couch potato from now on as they have inspired me

The range of amazing work the Palace for Life Foundation run, and that makes a difference to the lives of so many people, totally blew us away! Do you have similar foundations in Denmark?

This is absolutely amazing to see. Clearly huge benefits to a wide range of people facing many challenges. The volunteers seem to be enjoying themselves as well, must be very rewarding. Well done all.

This is so awesome! It brings a smile to my face to see people who wouldn't normally take part in sport do so. Maybe some of the people who took part in this will go on to the Paralympics in the future! :D
