Can this be scheduled following the main email? Example: on Monday, we send an email with subject line: "Easter offers" to 2,500 people; only 1,000 people open the email. Can we automate DESelect to (1) tag those who did not open the email and (2) Send them the same email on Thursday but with (3) A new subject and Pre-header? Thank you.

Short answer, yes - since DESelect can work with Data Views, what you describe is possible using our product. However, it's way easier to do this from the Journey itself using Engagement Split, so you wouldn't need to create a new Journey and manage 2 different Segments in DESelect: help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.mc_jb_use_the_engagement_split_activity.htm&language=en_US&type=5

Should we implement a naming convention for data extensions or it is okay to keep the default name as customer and order? Does it make sense to continuing the naming convention with something like 1 purchase customer ?

It's better to develop the naming convention for different scenarios and use cases. You should define it with your team on a company level and follow your regulations.

Thanks for your comment. The reason is that the DE we created in the video is created from Salesforce reports therefore is saved as a regular data extension. If it was a synced data extension from Salesforce, then it would have been saved in a Salesforce data extension.

Technically there's no difference between 2 options. Although, Contact Builder might give you a better overview on how your data extension can be connected with other DEs.
