Hey Marcos, I’m loving all these tutorials. I recently bought a keyboard and have been glued to your channel. Thanks for all the uploads it’s been tons of help. Do you have any advice for someone starting to learn and mess around with reggae music on a keyboard? Are there courses you can take or is it just a putting in the hours and learning. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
@mtzdeniza2 ай бұрын
Thank you so much!!! I appreciate the kind words. More importantly, I’m happy to hear these videos are helpful 😁 yes I have a couple pieces of advice. Part of it is practicing and getting that feel down, especially with reggae. It’s even more important when you add the bubble. Learning how to bubble is definitely a foundational part of keys in reggae. Great thing is there is so much on KZbin where you can pick it up. I would also learn your basic chord triads In both major and minor and the inversions. That’s gonna be your skank. The inversions help with figuring out where on the keyboard to hit that skank. Hope this is helpful!

Thank you!! 🙏🏼 😁 Such a great song. I had to start chipping away when I started learning this song. Took me a few months. I used the score a little bit but mostly learned from a video.
