Sa patuloy na paglago g tao sa m manila ay nanatili ang sukat ng area o lupa kaya kailangan ang magkaroon ng reclamation sa Manila bay. Isang paraan ang mga factory ay mandatory na ilipat sa ibatibang probensia .Para magkaroon sila ng trabaho at di sila magsilipat sa M Manila. Suggestion lang po.
