My tumbler is peeling. They said it doesn't qualify for the warranty, even though I've never put it in dishwasher ( don't have one) and it's never been out of the house. It's peeling on the bottom and starting to go up. Also on the handle. I love it, though!

Hello. I would like to make a couple of questions. How long does it take to charge the bulb? If I have the bulb connected like a regular bulb, what happened if it fully charges its battery and it's still connected to the energy? And finally, if I turn off the power switch in the wall, the bulb will shut down but in the other hand if there's an outage, it will turn on, right? Thanks in advance for your help

How do you wear these if you have flat feet? I have somewhat flat feet and the insoles on these feel like I'm standing on the edge of a cliff and I can't stand very long in them. I tried the extra arch support and it made this feeling worse.

Terrible shoes from the video images. Narrow shoe box is the last thing you want for your feet when you have plantar fasciitis. Same with other manufacturers like Joya and MBT which I bought and returned. Idiotic designers don’t have a clue what is to live with pain to add extreme discomfort on top of it.
