In my experience, the deliveries have taken a few minutes to actually load in once I've gone available. I imagine you're staying available for longer than a couple minutes though. These next few weeks are going to be the slowest of the year, and then things will pick back up as we get into February.

Hi Sonia! If you were recently on boarded, you were most likely brought on to the Same Day Driver Tier. These offers will only come to you the day of a delivery, for last minute solutions, or situations we need a back up driver to help out in a scenario. If your husband keeps the app active, and is marked available in the app when he would like to be taking deliveries, they will be sent to him when available. Most deliveries on our platform are pre scheduled a day or two in advance, but the same day volume continues to grow.

@@DeliverThat If it is the version for a week ago, I have that one and it still didn’t fix the issue on my end. I have seen two jobs in the last week that weren’t taken within a split second. They were $20 jobs…. I have a feeling there are bots still grabbing anything above $20…. If the jobs were to stay in the list for let’s say, 1 minute or 2 minutes… that would be one thing BUT literally as soon as I see a notification and I’m actually staring at my screen, the job is gone. That is not humanly possible.

Ed is in the Elite tier in a pretty busy market, Raleigh, NC. Dependent on your market, and then including the same day tier, you're only going to see deliveries that are released by drivers the day of, or sent to us the day of.
