It's a normal amount for you which is all that matters. I'm one of those people that eats 2 small meals a day and sometimes a snack but mostly not so it's seems like more than I could eat but I also don't work out... So you do you girl!

You need so much validation instead of thinking for yourself. If you like your outfits then wear it. At least it doesn't look trashy. Have higher self esteem, you're beautiful. Why do you need to hear it all the time?... Do you not trust your own judgement? Then why should anyone else?
