thank you, Adam. I'm so fed up with Gen Woteva telling me houses were given away in Cornflakes boxes when I sprang from the womb. Yes, we "only" paid £32k for our first house-a big crumbling wreck in Stoke Newington -and sold it 20 years later for £360k, but it was more than 8 times our annual gross income and we went from £15 pw rent +rates to £50pw mortgage+ £15pw rates in 1980. and we lived in a building site for 20 years.The key difference being it was easier to lie about your income.

Adam by raising interest rates BOE can have an extra tool in the future to have an impact on the economy. The inflation is not a problem for the government. The real problem is a lack of the inflation. They only need to control the overheat for the economy.

It's too bad that you couldn't have done joists and kept that as storage space

My question is this .. would it be more beneficial to me to supply this property directly to a care provider or hand it over to an agent, middleman if you like to then pay myself and take control of the property ? regards
