I can imagine how much that check was and now he’s working with Logan Paul. Bron Breaker was just in an intercontinental match with Sami. HHH talk nothing but great things about him. Trust me, I’ve been very critical of Triple H booking. IMO Shawn Michael as of right now is a better booker

@@shawswervoo I think he’s doing well in nxt at the moment, but I also think it’s partly due to the availability of talents from either aew or tna. Similar to how Tony Khan had that run where former wwe talents were constantly jumping ship to AEW. I think the real test would be how Shawn Michaels would be able to book WITHOUT a talent influx. And to be fair and unbiased, the wwe and aew tend to seesaw in quality. When AEW is good, the wwe seems to decline. When the wwe is good. AEW tends to declines. I’d say that RIGHT now is a rare moment where both brands seem to be on the uptick. AEW has been rough for the last few months, but I do believe the last couple of dynamites have been a vast improvement over what was going on before. All I’d like to see is for wwe stay hot while AEW fixes their issues (which they seem to be) and get hot again themselves. I don’t think we’ve actually had a moment in time where both the wwe and aew were in their prime together

@@shawswervoo in my opinion Punk did for Drew what Bret Hart did for Stone Cold. Took someone that had all the tools and ability, and got into a blood feud with them to get them all the way over to a REAL main eventer.

Agreed. I just didn’t like how they made Drew look stupid by winning it just for him to cash it in & get screwed which you could’ve had punk screw him over during the ladder match, that was my main issue. But the main event was solid & Cody getting pinned was a right move, you got to have your champions lose sometimes even if it’s non title.
