When I can’t sleep all night feel too restless like my skins on fire and so itchy under the surface of my skin I scratch like crazy leaving no mark at all…weird…fall asleep after it’s light outside wake up 12-1:00pm so feel somewhat rested start delving into social media find there had been a large earthquake somewhere causing deaths…I haven’t charted anything but for years when I’ve felt very disconnected lasting longer than a day or so eventually I’ve heard of an earthquake or volcanic…same timeframe as my body feeling disruptive…while the earth is flying apart throwing energy all around…that’s how my body was feeling too... I’ve made the connections due to the speedy info on social media a relief believe me 🤍🕊️🤍 finding I’m sensitive…
