WTH is a “roadie”??? Also Trini people don’t say “chicken curry”.. do you fish a fry? Or fry a fish? My wife is Trinidadian and I’ve been there twice already and going back again this Christmas. I love Trinidad, I love the people, I love the food, I love the pride they share in their West Indian heritage, culture, and carnival, and I love the rum.
