Brighter but the flicker would hurt my brain after 5 minutes and I wouldnt want to play. These games werent designed to run LED and it shows.

why is there a little metal tongue on the top of Teds head ? Mine has one as well but its bodgy and different to that one. It completely stops his eyes from fully closing. when i took it off his eyes work perfectly?

cheers. this will help heaps.. both red and teds eyes dont fully close the last 1/3rd. its not much but its annoying me. I also have PF protector new rubber and cliffys to do so im gunna have the whole show apart.

I like your tv baseball chicago coin . I'm getting one tomorrow non working . It's december 2nd 2022, I'll bet next year at this time, I'll "still be", studying the schematics trying to get it running. I think, the almost 4 hr trip each direction will be worth it for the experience to work on my first chicago coin game. Plus I want to play it, someday. The bowling alley I grew up in the 60's only got williams pinball games , no gottlieb . But the gun game, they had, might of been chicago coin.

Thanks Rob, I got one of these the beginning of the summer with a good playfield. The MPU battery had corroded and I replaced the MPU. Still having issues, so plan to re-pin connectors and likely get another light driver board.

What a fantastic video! Ted's eyes are stuck open on my machine. I'm not skilled enough to attempt a repair like this but the shop I go to may be able to do what you did.
