Bad product don't waste your money. it doesn't even keep food warm forget about hot .... totally disappointed bad service too. last three months I have trying to get in touch with the no response the cover broke in third wash .😡

Our family of 12 members had booked 4 luxury tents for a 2-night stay at the Blue Lagoon Hotel Resort in Bhopal. On the second evening of our stay, one of the tents caught fire due to some electrical fault / short circuit and got completely gutted in fire. During the incident, our family members risked their lives and gathered as much luggage as they could while the tent was burning. However, the hotel staff was not as quick in response as expected and struggled with a sole fire extinguisher which did not work at all. Several minutes later a pipe was arranged to doze off the fire, however, it was too late to save the tent with which a lot of our belongings - including apparel, footwear, branded handbag with cash, zebronics speaker, cosmetics, medicines, expensive spectacles and aviators got burnt. Due to the fire, the TV and AC in the tent also blasted - causing last damage to our belongings and our holiday. We were a family with children and elderly - and this has caused immense trauma to us. Post this incident, the hotel staff went ahead and continued with their planned agenda of a musical night and party, while our family sat in dark under open sky, waiting for compensation for our belongings lost. While we evaluated the physical belongings, the amount of mental trauma cannot be evaluated. We asked the hotel staff for compensating the loss which happened because of vulnerability and ill preparedness of their facility, however, they have been continuously pushing back our requests. To our surprise, the hotel staff have the audacity of asking us to pay the bill for the 2nd night (for which we didn't stay), which we are not agreeing to pay as we did not voluntarily checked out, but left the resort because of this accident, which has scarred our memories forever. The resort and it's staff have displayed zero customer centricity, and have been really insensitive. They have prioritized their business and moneymaking over professional ethics. This aesthetic looking resort could be a threat to life. Beware!

Even we brought 1.5 Ton 3 Star ACs at home in April 2024, it cools the room about 170 Sq.ft. within 5 minutes. I am having one concern about its power consumption. Since it has convertible mode, everytime I use to run it on 40% (C5 mode) but i got big electricity bill in 1 month billing cycle. I doubted does convertible mode actually works or not. Plz share your experience also...

I also bought IFB 1.5 ton 5 star 2D series ac in May 2024 . I am using volats , lloyd and lg in my home and office . But the cooling of IFB is unmatchable...sound lg ka thoda best hai is se...means kam hai .. par blv me lloyd and voltas cant compete with it.... Servicing ke bare me abhi jyada kuch nhi bata skta kyunki abhi service center ka experience nhi hua h iska..agar wo sahi hua to ... I can surely say that this brand is the Hidden horse of the AC industry .
