Thank you very much! caster build are fine in m+ however at higher keys they need very good dps to compensate the fact that while healing you do not do much damage, compared to the other build or some healers in general it's around 300k overall damage trough the dungeon

I suggest you try different builds and see wich makes more sense for you, it's fun and it allow you to better understand the class, you can see some of those in my videos, one tip I can give you is to try and master the class rather than the build, if you are having trouble, keep watching gameplay video to see what to do. I think monk can be really hard because it has a lot of buttons and you need to be focussed when playing it, my tip is to try to keybind all of your spells in the way that makes the most sense to you, but you really have to be able to press any button in a matter of milliseconds, it's important to master the class :)

I like to try many builds other than the conventional ones, I like to understand by my own hand wich is good and wich is not, I like to do that to also better understand the class, the more you know the better you get in a sense. I think that players should play what they like to any extent and I'm noticing that there are many builds viable. That being said The Fistweaving build still looks stronger in M + content, because of the healing, damage and utilities it brings, but it's still true that the Fistweaving build may be stronger or weaker in certain fights and team comp, that's the reason why knowing the inside out of your class allow you to be a better player overall.. Hello thanks for the support, I do not use many addons, only: details, raider.io and dbm. To heal I use the in-game interface with mouse over macro, I love to heal just by moving cursor over the target and press the keybind :)

@Stormwave_tv I feel the same, glad to know it can be the "right way" ^^ You're casting a lot of vivify, because you have enough haste to do it or don't have enough time to press soothing mist first ?

​@@NendoSennin I've noticed that I prefer casting Vivify when the target isn't taking consistent, sustained damage but rather occasional spikes. Vivify costs significantly less mana and also heals all targets affected by Renewing Mist. I typically decide on the fly, depending on the situation, upcoming mechanics, mana economy, and other factors. That said, my plays are far from perfect, and I do make mistakes. When I review my replays, I can usually spot where I went wrong, so I’m always working to improve.

I just closed a +10 with a similar build, not timed but closed with only one wipe for mechanics mistakes :P I'll upload it soon, come check it out :) Thanks for watching.

Hello :)! It's true the monk lacks some raid buff or combat ress or bl even ahah... Anyway when I play in raid my favourite spells are Revival and Ring of Peace !

it's detail, it is the plugin for streamer, it comes already with the base addon, just enable it on addon's settings :)

It is I am playing a lot of keys and maybe it's me, but I feel like it outperform the fistweaving build (in terms of heals), I think the melee healing build need a lot of gear to outshine while the casting build is stronger even in lower item level, that's my take after having done a lot of keys in both styles :). As the meta is shaping, I think that nothing is set in stone yet. Thanks a lot for watching.

Heyy, thanks a lot for your support! I think a good Item level to start is around 600 and little by little going up, consider that I am starting to time 6+ and I am 606 ilvl. I must say that in this season what matter the most is not item level but the team skill, it really makes the difference by a lot, mechanics are very punishing and missing cds or getting hit by bosses abilities is detrimental in most cases. Focus a lot on the execution of the class and the different fights and gear will come by itself :)! Thanks again for your support, I really appreciate it.

Hey there, I really love both styles of play, recently I am also trying the new fistweaving build with Master of Harmony hero talent, and it's hella fun, it focus more on using the thunder brew spell. I think both build performs well, the skill of a player really makes the difference in this season. I also think it depends on what kind of content you want to do and how far you wanna go both in raid content or mythic + content. If you try to push the top tier content where only a small % of players get you'll have the skill to decide wich thing you want to play when and where ^^ Also a build might be more performing on a specific fight and weaker in another, it really depends. At the end you gotta have fun and be satisfied :) and if you play as a healer keep your team alive ahah. thanks for watching!

Hello! Fistweaving feels very different, it’s more reactive and requires a bit more planning and absolute focus. You have to deal damage and heal at the same time, which can be tricky, especially when dealing with specific boss mechanics. On the other hand, the spellcasting style feels more forgiving to me. In my experience, it can put out a lot of healing in a short time, and it also allows for better control of the battlefield since you're fighting from a distance, making some boss mechanics easier to handle. What I also love about it is the flavor and the feeling of healing through soothing mists. Tomorrow, I'll be uploading a +4 run of Grim Batol with the spellcasting build, come check it out! Stick to caster if you're raiding...FW is only good in mythic, very niche

Hey there, I am! and with good results too! I enjoy both builds and have had no issues in Mythic 0 so far. I’m planning to experiment with the spellcasting build in Mythic+, and I’ll upload those videos as soon as I can. On a side note, the spellcaster build is actually quite effective. It offers a different playstyle that works really well. I’ve noticed that many people tend to min-max excessively when it’s not necessary. While it’s true that some non-meta builds might not excel in top-tier content, they can still perform well with good results if played properly. Plus, that “top-tier” content isn’t for everyone, less than 1% of the WoW population reaches that level! I really believe that people should play what they enjoy most and strive for good results with their chosen builds. Thank you so much for watching

Hello, great question! I try to always use Rising Sun Kick on cooldown. After that, depending on the situation, I might switch between using 2 Tiger Palms and Blackout Kick for the Teaching of the Monastery proc. However, this build-up requires multiple Global Cooldowns to be effective. I generally use it when I'm certain the team isn't taking heavy damage; otherwise, I need to be prepared to cast other spells. In most situations, I find that Spinning Crane Kick is a safer choice. I also aim to cast it as often as possible to benefit from the talents Crane Style and Dance of Chi-Ji. Both talents significantly enhance healing. Dance of Chi-Ji, in particular, can produce an enormous amount of healing when it procs, and Crane Style also contributes positively. I hope that help 🙂 thank you so much for watching.
