He is a fan created character. He was nala's younger brother and scar is allegedly his father. He dies sometime between Simba's running away and his return. I think it is widely assumed that Scar killed him. At least that is my understanding of the character, since he's a fan character I think some of the details are up for debate, but that's the gist of his character.

I woke up today and was really angry how can they all vote for that one racist, horrible, arrogant, cruel and nasty person who is going to f**k up America for another 4 years?! And then when people complain when they’ve brought it on themselves by voting him in! 😠 Like do people really think we women aren’t strong enough to do anything? We aren’t weak and I say power to the women because we are more than capable as much as men are 😠 So don’t worry I’m on the same page as you are thank god it’s only another 4 years and then they can never run again because their second term is over 😒 This completely isn’t fair nor is it good for the country and the American voters have no one but themselves to blame if the whole US gets f**ked up and ruined And after Biden tried so hard to repair and fix what this a**hole ruined With that idiot in office we’re all gonna be dragged into a world war 3 😫😔 This is just my opinion by the way and I’m also entitled to it
