the tagalog dub actually deviates from the original translation. the saying "sirang cd" or "broken cd" is used, which is a euphemism for someone being so repetitive so as to sound like a broken cd that plays a loop.

Makes sense as the dub was done by very amateur VAs at the time, don't get all the hype behind it when people say it's as good as the original. At least no one in the internet is actively trying to gaslight people into thinking it's the best way to watch the series.
