If the tornado siren is or was being tested then it's OK to record the siren but if it means that there is a very bad weather is coming honey you should be heeding the warning seriously and take shelter in the bathroom or a basement or in a closet and then when the all clear sounds see if anyone needs help sincerely Shannon

from 2:30.. it's close to what you are actually seeing from naked eyes. you might mistakenly identify them as regular cloud if you don't focus on the moving curtain at the edge. When I saw it with my naked eyes, the color was not green at all but as grey as the cloud showing in the night sky.
