I really love this place. Not much land though. But the home is nice. The river is outstanding. Just wish it were 4x the property size!

Not an "East Texas" person, would NEVER purchase land in that area. I'm born, raised Centrally in heart of the real CENTRAL TEXAS, surrounding Austin, the Balcones fault area. Thanks!

Im spoiled, I guess? I grew up in, @, & LOVE Central Texas HILL COUNTRY. Any RIVER attracts my attn.! But a "flat" landscape, no hills, prevents me from "looking any further"!! It"s in me. It's me. I ❤ Central Texas! I thank GOD he made me a Central Texan. A "Hill" billy for sure. 😁

Hi Cheryl, this video was filmed at two different times. First in the winter (what you are referring to seeing the trees without leaves) and later in July. Hope this helps.
