I feel the landlord should be the one that pays the broker's fee. Afterall, the landlord is the one benefitting from the broker's efforts to market and rent the unit. They keep coming up with ways to rob renters

In the apartment with nice kitchen, that wasn’t a piano, it’s called a roll top desk which is actually really cool because it hides all your paper work and clutter. 😊

At times I ask myself 'Am I running out of time?' There are days when I feel worn out from working so hard, yet feeling like I've accomplished nothing. A constant battle: Do I pat myself on the back or do I listen to people's opinions; who they think I am, what they say I should be doing. The real battle is holding back the tears & getting out of the bed the next morning (to try again). Well, I take up my weapons & get into position! I tell myself 'God HAS PROMISED'. I look up to heaven (actually my ceiling), shrug my shoulders and mutter, 'God I still trust in you.' That's that mustard seed confidence!
