One of the worst concerts I’ve ever been to

I’ve got the whole set of Susato whistles - all keys, and they serve me with my Pindus and Gramosti songs/ art of singing and playing different from Irish and Romanian, the other two distinct arts of singing and whistle playing.

So wish I could have seen him!!!last saw him in 2003 still one of the best vocalists when he really pushes him voice…thanks for sharing👍

Sounds to me that the people moaning about it don't really have an idear how to set a whistle up. I have 3 pro whistles and all play perfect and sound great. I do have whistles that cost over 10 times the price of a pro. For the money you pay its a great whistle. It's just non technical players moaning. There are people out there that cannot afford expensive whistles. Maybe if the people that are negative about the pro could help with technical setups. Or maybe you just don't know??

I bought a Walton C whistle. It jumps octave much too easily on the low notes and doesn't play an octave higher on the higher notes, unless you blast everyone out of the room. It takes the slightest breath with little sound volume to keep from jumping octave on lower notes. I'm not giving up on it yet. The mouth piece can be remove easily and made tunable by heating it slightly with a hair dryer and pulling it off. I finally added a thumb hole to make the high C much easier to reach. Michael
