It's really a great three story home! The first first floor separate living space is great for multigenerational living, I could also see a game room there too. For this caliber home, the third floor bedrooms sharing a hall bathroom is a negative, they need their own ensuite baths or at least a jack/ jill bath

This is really a two story rather than a one story with basement, as the the "basement" is largely above ground. The first floor living space is awesome!

@@Astacio1andonly I can. The craftsmanship is not good quality. Done by people who don’t know code and don’t care. The house isn’t even a year old and has had the driveway replaced because it was not done correctly. The furnace upstairs was replaced because it didn’t work. The sprinklers had a leak in the line. When the painting was done (inside) they didn’t clean the railings on the stairs from the dust so there are bumps everywhere. Shall I continue with the administrative side?

Lol! I love that! “Dreaming & scheming” haha So they do allow for this to be sold without carpet however! The builder is likely going to have to leave the carpet in the bedrooms. If you were to build from the ground up then you would have full control of no carpets & other finishes!
