In 2024, especially in the exanded SEC, if you don't win now, you're probably not going to. We're not in a college football era where time will help. Napier is a terrible coach and play caller. Without Etienne and Pearsal last year, we might not have even won as much as we did. The team has terrible discipline, on and off the field. What makes you think getting dragged through the conference again will turn into more wins and championships!? Mullen knew what it mean to win NOW, and he did. Everyone said he lacked discipline and recruiting, well we hired this guy and it got worse! At least Mullen started off hot, he was already rebuilding and Strickland fired him. Strickland and Napier need to go. When UCF beats up, we need to go ahead and hire Gus Malzhan on the spot!! That's who we should have gotten anyways, the Saban extinguisher!

@@T_L_8_ you still have to build depth and a culture that 100% takes time. UF fans are whining about what other coaches do when they aren’t in the same situation. EVERYTHING takes time but we live in a microwave society everybody wants things instantly when that’s not how it works

@@T_L_8_ Mullen won with JM players and when he had to win with his players we saw how that played out. Mullen won right away but he left next to no talent on this roster. Most of the good payers on this team are guys BN and his staff brought in. The reason this team hasn't been good is the defense. Mullen recruited poorly there and I think BN should have purged that side of the ball after his first season. BN is not stupid he has clearly recognized changes needed to be made and has done so we will see if that correlates to on the field success this season. BN said in his intro press conference that we should be patient with him and that we would be frustrated at times let's see if there will be improvement.
