I'm not a huge collector and won't be buying Jonah. But this 2 pack gives me hope that they might make a Greg Saunders(Vigilante) figure along with his motorcycle. He was one of my favorites from the JLU cartoon.

That is indeed my ultimate superman not as it is. I removed the cell shade added a decal for the symbol and used the new gold label superman cape and head and that makes the best superman. So far 😊. And this. Mullet. Head. Goes great with the regeneration suit superman

Another issue with this one; look at the top torso joint from the back. You can see all of the insides, due to another massive gap. At first I thought it was just a quality control issue with my unit, but it is clearly a design issue, that is inherent to the figure. A real letdown. On the flip side, being a reuse of the HUSH buck, the joints work better, very smooth, almost loose, but not quite. I really wanted to love this figure, but the neck and torso gapping really is just objectively BAD!

That’s perfect cool bro, I’m catching up with the McFarlands myself I like them a lot and after owning a few I really am into them. Wish we could’ve gotten some better Mortal Kombat figures but it is what it is on that. Currently looking for Superman Batman & The Flash good figures that aren’t all Off looking like some McFarlands 🤔

I picked up Batman & Superman at my local GameStop and The Flash #1 comic version in a Buy 2 get 1 free deal last night. I Love Darksied and think this is a good way to get set of Justice League figures with a free Darksied to round 😁. Good video….also hate the heads on most these figures but Aquaman’s hair is Magnificent 😂

Am I alone in finding the incorrect usage of the term “buck” to be maddening? It’s so annoyingly common in the action figure collecting world that I suppose it’s a lost cause and we’ll never get that genie back in the bottle. But for anyone who cares about accuracy and word meanings… in the production of action figures, a “buck” is a block of material of specific dimensions around which the prototype was sculpted. (Nowadays, when so much initial design is done on a computer, the “buck” is really just that set of dimensions.) It is too often used now to refer to a reused body sculpt. And I get it - it would be nice to have a shorthand term for “reused body sculpt.” (Why not “mold,” though? I mean… that’s the thing that is actually being [mostly] reused?) Some in the community have been trying to stamp out this fire for over twenty years now. Okay, pedantic rant over.

The mcfarlane figure of Gorilla Grodd looks amazing, I might get him for Christmas since I don't have a Gorilla Grodd in my collection.

You should really try expanding into Mafex. Its a great moment as well, Eradicator just launched. hobby genki is one of the most used websites for japanese figures. Its about $55 or so. Add another 10-15 for shipping. I also started collecting with McFarlane, then bough some ML here and there. But you have to remember that these are the lowest tier figures. The cheapest, most mass produced ones. With all the caveats that come with this. Branching into more expensive figures just opens your eyes on whats out there. How other companies do things. What's possible with other figures. This Eradicator, from Mafex. Imagine a figure completely painted. The black and blue parts of the suits. Not molded plastic, all paint. The entire general look of the figure is super different than the bare, molded plastic we get with McF and ML. The way the joins are engineered. How they move. The smoothness and granularity and range, its completely different than what you get with McF. It feels like you're breaking wood when you try to manipulate arms and knees on McF. On Mafex its like gliding on ice. They move so smooth and you can make microadjusments on the mm scale. I'd be really cool if you start making videos on those. It would be something new for you and the channel. Just get one if for no other reason than personal research, just so you know whats out there better, outside of McF/ML/Neca

Will it fit 6 inch figures

I feel like this waves biggest problem is just poor timing. It’s a wave full of reused bodys with a few new bells and whistles. I also think the platinums should’ve been just basic non digital versions of these figures instead of the weird orange variants.

I was tossing up between this and the stand alone darkseid. I do like this look and such but i would have liked if they could like add a second head to it for the laser eyes and possibly extra hands for the pointing and such. However i know they going just for how he was in the video game. Thanks for your comparison. Would be getting the stand alone though only for what i stated. Appreciate the video
