The timing of this video is so crazy, recently I've been trying to get back into things I loved as a kid as well! I used to love making films with my friends as a kid and wanted to act and direct, but now I'm older and I'm pursuing a STEM degree. I decided to go out on a limb and audition for a student film at my college. Regardless of the results, it felt good doing something that I used to love doing, it makes life feel magical when you create space for spontaneity and new things to enter into your life.

No… salt is great for the hair. Have you ever swam in a sea? Mt hair was sooooo soft from the salt. Negative ion bonds in the salt helps to condition the hair. I live in the desert. My hair needs hydration/water everyday! I co wash 3X a week/shampoo deep conditioners 2X a week.

I know this video is 2 years old but a lot of people have a harder time with the learning curve on the styling soufflé. I started out buying the big jar and hated it every time I used it. I got a travel size as a free sample a couple years later and decided to try it again. I cut the amount I used way down, and made sure I warmed it up well while using a much lighter hand. I do have thick/dense high porosity hair with a good amount of wet & dry frizz so I’m used to using more product. It was good but I didn’t have quite enough hold in my hair so I paired it with the shine gel. It turned out beautifully! I just had to keep playing until I got the amount right and I think the travel size in the squeeze tube makes this easier to do. * It works the best for me in the winter months, too.
