What a difference 50 years can make. In high school I found Aldrich Putman's book on ornamentation in the local library and I began experimenting with adding ornamentation to Baroque music. Went on from there to do a lot of reading and applying of baroque performance practices. If you entered any competition in the USA in the late 60's and 70 and even into the 80's, and did so much as a cadence trill on the final cadence, or took a luft pause, or did any rubato, you would end in last place, Now all that and more is almost required. A refreshing change.

I wonder if you have the orchestral score as well

Well, modulations to thirdly-related keys. Stuff to be expected for a "fantasia". I think the "hype" around it and the underestimation of his contemporaries are too much. Listen to the modulations in the "Mit vollen Athemzugen" from Reichardt's Erwin und Elmire (1793).

The female voice is extremely pleasant and expressive. It is sometimes a little difficult to understand the lyrics. But anyway, that's a very good rendition.
