Would have helped to know how many ounces of spinach. A package of spinach means nothing. Most frozen boxes are 10 ounces And I can’t imagine that feeding more than two people

I haven't made beef stroganoff in probably 30 years! This recipe looks amazing especially with the beef off the grill! This may be a dumb question but, I see you say noodles or rice. Have you ever gone the rice route? I think I'll try this with rice. It's odd but there are a couple of noodle varieties I don't care for. I love the way you add a little this and that!
