Your water grout is not water Emulsifiablee and is hence useless. Sponge can't be used to give it a fine finish. Please bring water emulsifiable epoxy tile grout. May be from Mapei or Laticrete etc.

Good grout but not entirely practical. It is not water emulsifiable so you can't use water and sponge to finish and clean and it comes off only with paint thinner. Extremely difficult in application and a lot of mess. Though after the installation, its stain proof and extremely durable. Wish you introduced a product that is water emulsifiable. In India, they have tens of such products available and very inexpensive too.
