I'm an old fart. I really, REALLY dont like "new hip hop" but this beat is so old school that I can't help but love the song. Sadly his other stuff doesn't have the same vibe. Still, it cracks me.up that a kid is using old boom bap and selling it as new to kids. Good song though.

@@yeeee6184 You don't need to "understand" something to like or dislike it. I can even tell you what I don't like of "new hip hop". The flow of the lyrics, the delivery is wack. And SPECIALLY the beats. Like I said, I'm a fan of boom bap. None at all of that boring crappy sample-less noise that pass as beats these days ...

his timing is called loose frazing in a drummers world. it's always a little behing. it's actually very musical. I'm a professional musician and I find nothing wrong with his timing. I can understand every word and the band is killing
