Once the liberal leaders of Seattle gave all the ne'er do wells an open invitation to practice their criminal activities freely with no ramifications, by declaring Seattle a "Sanctuary City" and decriminalizing drug use (with a revolving door policy on repeat offenders), and instructing the police to cease enforcing vagrancy, loitering, defecating in public, etc., all the riff-raff in the world heard that the Pacific Northwest was a haven for lawlessness. It didn't take long for the thugs to notice the gem across the lake.

The kicker is in WA we learned that pedestrians always have the “right away” so are the cops trying to find the pedestrian so the PD has a better case to take the driver to court and steal their money from them…. What would they be trying to charge the pedestrian with, Damage to the car… maybe try and charge both parties… this is not cool on many levels to not say who they are after AND FOR WHAT
